More MCC East Bay: Events & Activities: http://www.mcceastbay.org/calendar Weekly Updates: http://www.mcceastbay.org/newsletter Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/MCCPleasanton Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mcceastbay Support MCC: https://www.mcceastbay.org/sadaqa Ingredients: Chicken cut into small cubes 1.5 lbs or half kilo Ginger paste 1 tbsp Garlic paste. 1 tbsp Salt. 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder. 1 tsp Red Chili flakes. 1 tsp Roasted coriander powder. 1 tbsp Garam masala powder. 1 tsp (You can find garam masala recipe on my channel) Corn flour 2 tbsp Rice flour 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped. 3 tbsp Green chili chopped. 1 tbs Whisked egg 1 Oil for frying Procedure: 1. Add ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,salt,Kashmiri chili powder,chili flakes,coriander powder,cornflour,rice flour,cilantro,chilies and whisked egg in the chicken and marinate it for an hour. 2. Heat up the oil in a wok and fry theses fritters on low to medium flame first so chicken get tender and then fry on high flame to make it crispy. 3. Sprinkle Aalia’s kitchen chaat masala on top of fritters. 4. Serve it with tartar sauce or tomato ketchup or siracha mayo sauce & Enjoy in Iftar. Tip: Add half tsp meat tenderizer to make your chicken tender quickly.
